First of all we feel sorry for make you to think about return or cancel. We at Classy Puzzle strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at [email protected]

RETURN POLICY

We will return the order only under the circumstances given below.

If the product is damaged while received

If you receive any other product, other than what you ordered. We will make sure you will not receive any wrong products.

We will take back the product only within 10 days from the day you recieve the product, which is original and unused condition don’t use it. Send the photo WhatApp  +91 6382134670 once we verify with our quality team we will send you the details of how to return the product.We will either replace it with another product of the same value, or we will credit back your money.

How do I send the product to be returned ?

Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post.
You will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. We will send the cash back to you afterwards.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you want to cancel the order you can do it within 6hours from the time you ordered the product. Because if your order get printed and shipped we are not able to make any changes.

REFUND POLICY

Once your order get cancelled you will get refunded within 5 working days.

Also for returned product you will either be replaced with another product or you will get the money back.
